By accessing and using PattayaGoGo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
PattayaGoGo is a directory and marketplace platform connecting nightlife venues, job seekers, suppliers, and visitors in Pattaya, Thailand. We provide listing services, job boards, event promotion, and related tools.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the platform for any illegal activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Scrape or collect data without authorization
5. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant PattayaGoGo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
6. Listing Policies
All venue listings must be accurate and up-to-date. PattayaGoGo reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains inappropriate content. Premium listing fees are non-refundable.
7. Job Listings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings. PattayaGoGo does not guarantee employment outcomes. All employment relationships are between the employer and applicant.
8. Limitation of Liability
PattayaGoGo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chonburi Province.
