PattayaGoGo respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:
Required Information
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on our platform
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
PattayaGoGo will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
